Kearney High School
KEARNEY, NE
Kearney Public Schools (KPS) engaged Vector Commissioning Services to conduct Retro-Commissioning (RCx) for their newly constructed High School in 2016. Although RCx isn’t typically applied to such recently built structures, KPS faced unexpected challenges including heightened energy consumption and various post-construction issues with the building’s HVAC and energy-using systems.
Following successful optimization of the High School’s HVAC and electrical systems, KPS extended Vector’s contract to perform commissioning services for all schools within their district.

Gretna East High School
GRETNA, NE
Vector provided commissioning services for Gretna Public School’s new $120 million high school. The high school features gymnasiums, athletic spaces and weight room, media centers, classrooms, special laboratory spaces, a state-of-the-art auditorium, cafeteria, administration offices, and new athletic fields and concessions building.

PAPILLION, NE
Papillion La Vista Community Schools contracted Vector to perform commissioning for several new and existing schools including:
- Monarch High School Renovation and Addition
- South High School Renovation and Addition
- Ashbury Elementary School – New Construction

Vector provided commissioning services for Elkhorn Public School’s new 1200-student high school. The state-of-the-art high school features a 3-story academic wing with science rooms and labs. Other areas include a gymnasium with an elevated track, fitness and weight room, media centers, an auditorium, a cafeteria, administration offices, and new athletic fields.
